WE BOUGHT A HOUSE! And Kathleen helped us achieve it. The market has the lowest supply in history and shortest time on the market. We are first time homebuyers, and Kathleen helped guide us through the real estate market complexity and process. Kathleen’s knowledge of the market was fair and honest. She provided options but never pushed us and let us drive the process where we wanted.

Eager to find the right place, my husband and I hunted and scoured Red Fin, Zillow, Realtor.com and had the hardest time getting seen or into the properties where we had interested (until we engaged Kathleen). The house we purchased came on market and within 4 hours had booked all the limited scheduled viewings (over 4 days and only 30 minute allotments). We were unable to secure a spot on the original booking, but Kathleen’s skills, network and business acumen helped us grab the first cancellation. We were so lucky, because the sellers only considered offers from people who viewed the house. At the time of our viewing, Kathleen made it possible for us to bring our contractor to review all the issues (albeit in 30 minutes; but this helped us submit an offer with no contingencies). We were one of thirteen offers, and our offer was not the highest; however, Kathleen guided us on how to submit the cleanest and most competitive offer. Once they accepted our offer, our transaction went very smoothly and we closed on time. We had a small issue with the plumbing from the water main to the house that was not disclosed following the close of the transaction and Kathleen continued to support us even though the transaction was complete. She followed up many times with us until the issue was resolved.

As mentioned above, she represented us on the purchase side of the transaction. I would not hesitate to use her as my listing agent if I were selling a property. She gave us the highest level of confidence throughout the transaction. We feel very fortunate to have had Kathleen help us complete this transaction.

I've known Kathleen for nearly four years. She's helped my wife and I buy a home, sell that home, and buy another home. Not only is she a wonderful person, but has a deep history as an agent and a great network of people to help with a purchase or sale. (It seemed that nearly every home we looked at was close to a home she's purchased or sold for a client in the past!) Kathleen goes above and beyond, and couldn't recommend her more highly.

My wife and I moved overseas during the summer of 2018. We rented our home initially but once we decided to sell it, Kathy made all the difference. Her turn around time from taking ownership to the sale process to the actual sale was 2 months. She had a positive and empathetic attitude from the beginning. We really felt our house was in good hands even though we were on the other side of the globe. The house was staged and prepped in a way that we couldn't have asked for more. Kathy clearly communicated and calibrated expectations and delivered on them. She took care of little things and promoted the open house so well that it was a huge success. We loved our home and invested a great deal in it but we can't thank Kathy enough for taking care of us and selling our home in line with our expectations.

Kathleen Pasin made finding and securing my dream home a manageable, relatively stress-free process. She was prompt in meeting me at listings and never made me feel rushed. I might have passed up my dream home if it weren't for Kathleen's encouragement. I was fixed on one specific area so when she saw something in another neighborhood that otherwise fit my criteria, she went to look at it first. She sent me some photos and it was exactly what I wanted. She supported me in every phase of the process, and went above and beyond what I could have expected. She is very personable which made the whole experience more fun than business, but she always stayed two steps ahead on the "business" aspect of it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her realtor services to a friend or family member.
