Kathleen Sloan-Beard

Kathleen has always been interested in real estate. In 2013, after retiring as Deputy Administrator for Howard County Government's Office of Public Information, the career move was really a dream come true. Buying or selling a home can be a challenging and often emotional experience. Kathleen is committed to providing every client with customer service that is second-to-none and the tools and information they need to make smart real estate decisions. Kathleen loves what she does, the people she gets to meet, negotiating on behalf of clients, and solving problems. Kathleen has lived in Maryland her entire life and currently lives in Sykesville with her husband. Together, they have four children and seven grandchildren. Outside of real estate, Kathleen enjoys reading, traveling, and watching her grandchildren compete in their favorite sports.
