About Kathleen

Kathy Whitman has spent the better part of a distinguished career in the real estate business. Kathy was owner and managing broker of Renaissance Realty for 10 years and has been working in this market for over 20 years. She has also been a loan originator, so is very well-versed in the lending side of the business.

Prior to entering the real estate market in Lake Oswego, Kathy spent years setting up and managing large call centers for such companies as Nationwide and Travelers Insurance.

She and her husband also founded and managed a real estate and property management company in Kona, Hawaii and loves to revisit the islands, along with most other worldwide destinations.

When not helping a friend/client with a real estate matter, Kathy spends time in her garden, plays golf and travels...and, most importantly, enjoys spending time with her 9 grandchildren.
