About Kathryn
As a transplant to Tampa in 2013, Katie knows how important it is to her clients to find that feeling of truly being “at home.” It was her own journey of finding that feeling of community belonging that ultimately led Katie to pursue a career in Real Estate.
Having spent time in Florida growing up in both Hobe Sound and Marco Island, it was no surprise that after attending the wedding of a sorority sister in Tampa, she would choose this beautiful city to plant her own roots, following her studies at Auburn University.
Katie prides herself on delivering tailored customer service and unparalleled support and communication. Developing meaningful, lasting relationships is truly the heart of her business – both with her clients, colleagues, and other industry professionals. She believes that understanding the personal nature of any real estate goal guides the business transaction and her efforts to deliver a satisfying and successful outcome to her clients, time and time again.
Service is at the heart of who Katie is, both professionally and personally. She is presently an Active Member of the Junior League of Tampa and serves as a Leader on their Boards. One of her proudest organizational accomplishments was serving as part of the Management team that oversaw the Junior League of Tampa’s Diaper Bank project where she helped distribute their 1 millionth diaper into the Tampa Bay community alongside Mayor Jane Castor. Katie and her team received a Commendation from the City of Tampa for their efforts to provide Basic Needs to Tampa families. Katie has also enjoyed serving with Tampa’s Tri Delta Alumnae Association as their Philanthropy Chair, helping to plan and execute their annual Poinsettia Sale in Hyde Park, benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
“The Tampa Bay community is one I am so proud to call home. It continues to be an honor to serve my friends and clients plant their own roots in a place that has given me so much, and that I have grown to love.”
