A career Mom who raised and educated 2 sons and a daughter. Our family moved from Central Connecticut where I called home to Jefferson City MO for 12 years. Living in the mid west was a major change culturally for myself and my oldest son Michael but considered home for my younger son Jeremiah and daughter Margaret. Margaret and I moved to Pittsburgh in 2002. After 20 plus years in customer sales and service management, I earned my real estate license in 2003. My handicap to overcome my first year in business was I had no sphere of influence and more challenging I did not know how to get to any of the houses without map quest and driving directions even if it was 2 streets away. I overcame this obstacle and sold my first million dollars in sales that year. I focused on relocation buyers coming into the area and work primarily by referrals I received from networking with other business professionals and from my past clients.
Today I also specialize in offering homeowners dignified solutions to foreclosure by counseling consumers of their options. The economy is very different today compared to 2003. I am one of the only Advance Certified Distressed Property Expert in Western Pa. I am proud to say that to date I have a 90% record preventing foreclosure.
I enjoy working with first time home buyers and investors who are committed to preserving our real estate marketplace. Improving properties and preserving neighborhoods for future generations is my goal.
