Kathryn Kreimer

Kathryns grandfather was an architect, a builder, and founder of a village in Palm Beach County, Florida. Her mother was a real estate agent and staging specialist. The love of real estate is just in her genes. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Art degree from Oregon College of Art & Craft. Art school gave her a keen eye for design and bolstered her ability to pay attention to the smallest details. She loves real estate (aside from the genetic tendency) because it combines my love of architecture, design, remodeling, business, and, of course, people.

She is in real estate because it's her passion. Kathryn loves every minute of it, and also dedicated to growing and improving herself and her business skills every day. She is Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), trained in the art of win-win negotiations and appreciate that her relationship and ability to work well with other Realtors is always going to be a huge benefit to my clients. She is a Certified Mobility Consultant, and can assist those who use a wheelchair, are disabled, elderly, or have other mobility issues find a home that meets all of their unique needs. She is an Earth Advantage Broker and am always happy to be a resource for my clients not only in finding a new energy-efficient home, but also in making their current homes as "green" as possible!
