Kathryn Romanchuk

Kathryn Romanchuk takes part every day in one of the most crucial decisions of a person’s life – home buying. As an agent at RealtySouth she has the privilege to get to know families and individuals across the metro area and help build their lives. Kathryn’s outgoing personality, commitment to her job, and love of people all work together to support her goal of getting to know her clients while helping them find their dream home!

As a resident of Homewood, Kathryn is excited to work closely with neighbors both within her city and beyond in metro Birmingham. In addition to working, Kathryn also enjoys meeting new friends, giving to charities, spending time with her close neighbors and their families, working out and participating in community affairs.
In past years, Kathryn worked as a media consultant at AL.com and The Birmingham News (Alabama Media Group). After attending Auburn University, Kathryn completed her B.A. degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a major in marketing and mass communication and minors in both psychology and music. Having held multiple positions with various marketing and sales departments in a number of local firms, Kathryn has also gained valuable experience in digital and social media and event planning. Her position with AL.com enabled her to tap into the heartbeat of the Birmingham as well as build connections that stretch out across the state and beyond.

In 2014, becoming a member of YP of Birmingham gave her an incredible opportunity to not only network her business and career, but also to incorporate my networking skills in helping others grow. Beginning her third year on the board, her contribution to the YP Birmingham Board will be experience and knowledge of some of the largest firms and companies in Birmingham, past employment with Alabama Media Group which will give YP of Birmingham the opportunity for partnerships in community affairs and the ability reach audiences through different forms of media, and her current connection to first-time home buyers who make Birmingham home.
