Kathy Tucker and her team went far beyond the extra mile to help my husband and I sell our house remotely. She helped us immensely to get our house ready from beginning to end. She was our eyes since we were not in town and we trusted Kathy's expertise to put our house on the market on the date we wanted. She also took the time to explain every step of the process to us in detail. We always felt Kathy had our best interest at heart. We are so thankful for Kathy and her team. Had a wonderful experience with the Tucker Team selling my Frederick house in 2019. As a first time seller, they walked me through the process, gave good advice, pointed out areas for touch ups, and helped me stage the home. As we finalized the closure, they kept me informed through each stage and were always available at a moment's notice to take care of my needs. Great team!

I highly recommend Kathryn Tucker and her team, with Keller Williams Realty Centre. I am a retired realtor who left the business in 1995. Much had changed since then. The Tucker team walked me through the whole process from the beginning to the Sale of my home. They kept me informed at all times and provided the best advice when I needed it. Selling my home was very emotional for me as we had to sell for medical reasons. They made it easy. My home sold the second day on the market.

She gave great advice, advocated for me with the seller, found a good home inspector and recommended the other services I needed.
