Kathy Ascher

Kathy is a San Diego native who is passionate about living the San Diego lifestyle. Her goal is to give each client a stress-free experience by helping them through the buying, selling, and investing process every step of the way. She is adept at listening, communicating, and asking the right questions to help her clients achieve their desired outcome. She is a dedicated advocate for each of her clients and works hard to negotiate the best price and terms on each transaction. As a dedicated agent, Kathy will lead you through your real estate transaction and give you the time to breathe and relax - knowing she is diligently monitoring your entire transaction from open to close.

Kathy has been passionate about real estate since she bought her very first property. Her clients love that the knowledge and skills she gained in her previous background as a business owner and project manager translate so perfectly to her real estate profession. In her limited spare time, Kathy is an active volunteer, a UCCE San Diego Master Gardener and a San Diego Masters Swimmer.

Kathy is geared to be of maximum service to her customers and toward building strong relationships with customers and other agents to insure good communication and smooth transactions.
