A native of Atlanta, Kathy Bradley started her career in real estate in 2004 and obtained her broker's license in 2011, certifying her as a broker associate. A top-producing agent for Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty, Kathy is also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) since 2006 and a member of the North Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS® Million Dollar Sales Club since 2005. She served on her former broker's Agent Leadership Council for five years prior to joining the North Atlanta team at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty.
A graduate of the University of Georgia, Kathy received her Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting. Prior to her career in real estate, Kathy worked as an executive recruiter for eight years for a national firm in Buckhead, placing top-tier executives in corporations throughout the city. She also worked for an Atlanta-based Fortune 500 company as an audit manager for 10 years and traveled throughout the United States, as well as internationally.
Kathy's expansive knowledge of the Metro Atlanta area, her attention to detail generating from her skills in finance, paired with her strong negotiation and sales expertise, have all enhanced her ability to better serve her clients with a competitive edge.
