Kathy Carmichael

Kathy Carmichael loves that she is in the business of helping people either find their FIRST home or their DREAM home. It is an incredibly satisfying place to be. Buying or selling a home should be a seamless process and as a Professional Realtor, she will make that happen.

Her husband and she moved to the Richmond area in 1984 after spending over 4 years in the Middle East where her husband was a pilot for the President of the United Arab Emirates. It was a wonderful experience, but it was great to return to the "good old" USA.

Her husband is a retired pilot for Us Airways and flew the AirBus all over the United States and Europe. He loved what he did. They have two beautiful daughters. Kimberly at 38 and a graduate of Radford University, is now a Senior Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer at Village Bank. She is married and has a sweet precious girl named Ellie Grace who is ten and Jack Devlin who is six. Erin 35, graduated from Radford University and the University of St. Augustine, Florida with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is now working for the McGuire VA Hospital in Richmond, Virginia as a Physical Therapist and loves collaborating with their soldiers. She is married and has a little girl named Ashton who is six and Theo who is three.

Real estate allows Kathy the time to spend with her family and friends and another love.... traveling the world.
