Kathy Coots began her career in the real estate industry in 1985 as a mortgage consultant. In mid-2006, Kathy transitioned her focus to real estate sales. Since receiving the Rookie of the Year Award in 2007, sales productivity has increased to an uncommon level. During the worst housing market in history, Kathy was able to excel through hard work, experience, and sheer determination.

Kathy Coots is a terrific agent! She is extremely professional and kind. I was moving from out of state and had very limited time to house hunt.
