Kathy Dalton

Kathy Dalton has enjoyed helping clients with their real estate needs for over a decade. Prior to becoming involved in real estate, Kathy worked as a medical transcriptionist for 20 years. Upon receiving her real estate license, real estate quickly became her passion and she has helped clients on a variety of price points to both purchase and sell their homes. Both Kathy and her husband, Stan, who is also a real estate broker, are native North Carolinians who love the Triangle area and all it has to offer.

Kathy is an integral part of the Luxe Residential team as she serves as both a licensed broker and the Broker-in-Charge. She has helped develop the progressive, full-service & deep knowledge approach offered by Luxe Residential.
