Kathy was a very experienced professional. A major issue arose that threatened the purchase, but with Kathy's help, the purchase was successful. She made herself available whenever needed. She wasn't even my realtor. She was the sellers agent, yet she assisted me greatly. If I were to sell a house in the area she'd be my top choice.

I have known Kathy for 10 years, since she was the agent on the other side when I bought this condo. She had great knowledge of the condominium and the minutes, and took care of everything I needed to worry about but didn’t have to. I enjoyed working with her very much. I believe she got me the best deal and I would definitely work with her again.

As a first time home buyer, I am so thankful to have had kathy as my agent. From her professionalism, to her impressive knowledge in the field, I immediatiely knew I was in good hands. What I thought would have been a complicated/nerve-wracking process, Kathy made it simple & bearable. Working with Kathy was so wonderful. We had a long wish list AND a budget AND were moving in from out of town doing a lot of coordinating with her remotely, but she never stopped working for us until we found the perfect place. If you’re buying or selling real estate or doing both you need a real estate agent to guide you through the many twists and turns you can encounter especially in today’s highly regulated climate and increasingly volatile market.
In the course of 50+ years I have seen and dealt with many real estate agents for my own account and as a CPA on behalf of my clients. Bar none, Kathy Devine is unqualifiedly the Best of the Best.
Recently my wife and I decided we needed more living space to accommodate some new activities we had undertaken. We contacted Kathy, a neighbor we knew to be very experienced and skillful.
She helped us determine the best, most likely price for the unit we were selling given that it needed some extensive “freshening up”.
She introduced us to a bank most likely to quickly arrange the financing required for the purchase of the new unit and guided us through the involved process required to complete the loan request.
With respect to the sale of our existing unit she handled the showing and price negotiation with the result that we sold it in less than a month’s time at a price well above our asking price.
Kathy realized that it was likely that our unit would be sold before we could complete the purchase of a new unit thus we would be without a place to live for an indeterminate period. On her own initiative she negotiated a clause permitting us to stay in our own unit after the sale had been completed for a period of time.

Kathy was a pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable as a professional in Real Estate but also of local support in the whole process of selling a home, from selling furniture, to cleaning out unwanted items. She was always responsive to communication and highly efficient in getting the job done! Kathy went above and beyond when it came time for my elderly father to sell his house and downsize to a senior apartment after my mother passed. The whole process seemed overwhelming to us at first but Kathy helped us navigate it every step of the way. Kathy helped me sell my apartment in a very short time when I decided to move back to my hometown, staying closer to my parents. She coordinated very well on the showing appointments.
