Kathy Dipp is an incredible real estate agent! We had the amazing opportunity to work with her in the summer of 2020. As a first time home buyer, I really didn't understand the process of buying a home and what to anticipate. Kathy made the process extremely smooth. She was very knowledgeable about everything that had to do with the real estate transaction as well as the market we were buying in.

Kathy is very trustworthy, honest, and just an all around great person. Having someone you can trust throughout the process and know that they have your back is extremely important and Kathy has all of those traits! We are so thankful that we worked with her and would recommend her to any home buyer or seller!! She is amazing!

Kathy was amazing to work with. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work were much respected and appreciated throughout the home buying process. She held my hand and made sure I was comfortable with the final decision being made and didn't push me into purchasing the first home we saw. I would highly recommend working with Kathy for any future home buying or selling endeavors.

Kathy Dipp is the realtor you want when you are making a big investment and are competing against other buyers in a hot market. She is not there to make a sale, she is there to make sure you get what you want for the best value.

Kathy was patient every step of the way. She made sure she knew exactly what I was looking for and understood that I wasn't in a rush and wanted to make sure I found the perfect fit for me. When there were times I could not make it to a place Kathy would facetime me and take pictures. She is also very critical and notices the details that will lead to the bigger issues with a property.

After taking a break from looking and feeling disappointed that I couldn't find anything, Kathy encouraged me to keep looking. Little did I know she was correct and my place was about to be listed!

On a Monday morning, I emailed Kathy about a property that had just come on the market that I was interested in. It was perfect, filled with light, and even had the patio I had been searching for! Kathy immediately followed up and informed me that there were two other offers already on the property, but she talked the relator into allowing us to see the place that day.

As soon as I stepped into the condo I knew it was the one for me! It felt perfect and had the majority of my wishlist items. Kathy had gotten information about what was important to the seller and informed me on what I would need to include for my offer to be accepted. Within 2 hrs of seeing the place, my offer was accepted!

Kathy's charm, networking, and the ability to understand her client's needs and wants makes her the perfect realtor. She made it possible for me to beat out multiple offers, stay within my budget, and find my perfect condo.

I can't recommend Kathy highly enough to anyone that is looking to buy in the VA or DC area. No matter what you are looking for, trust Kathy with your search!
