Growing up on Long Island, New York, Kathy Greer earned her BS in business and finance from SUNY Stony Brook and became a stockbroker soon after graduating. Kathy fell in love with the Wilmington area and its diversity during a family vacation in 2000 and could not wait to move her family there. Soon after moving, Kathy started investing in real estate and became a licensed broker in 2006 so she could help others. Kathy quickly found her passion. Being a realtor is not just a "job" to Kathy!
