Kathy was destined to work in real estate. Kathy’s grandfather Arthur H. Baum created a commercial real estate company in New York City which he took public on the New York Stock Exchange, Great American Realty. The company boasted buildings on the Upper East Side including properties on Madison Avenue and Beekman Terrace on the upper east side of Manhattan. Kathy’s grandmother Toby, her Aunt Florence, and her mother Brenda all successfully sold residential real estate in Manhattan and Northern New Jersey for many years.
Kathy has been married to her husband, Ira, for 29 years. She fell in love with the Main Line area, the Pennsylvania stone, and the beautiful tree-lined streets. “Every lane, every home is so unique, and I knew early on that I wanted to follow in my family’s footsteps of selling residential real estate and I wanted to be here, in the suburbs of Philadelphia.”
