Kathy is an absolutely wonderful person!!! She was always available to help us, no matter what we needed, and she was always truly happy to help! She made sure to stand up for our best interests while going through the process of negotiations, inspections, and dealing with the mortgage company. If I had to describe my experience with Kathy in a single sentence, it would be that she is the best realtor on the planet! She is friendly to work with ... She is professional and ethical ... She explains everything as you go along, and she doesn't mind answering questions ... She will talk by phone when necessary, anytime day or night ... She works very hard and deligent for her clients, whether you are the buyer or seller. After working with her to successfully buy my home, she is now, and forever will be, my friend!

Bottom line, if you need the services of a realtor, in Southwest Alabama or the Northwest Florida Panhandle, you owe it to yourself to contact Kathy!
