I hate realtors. Judging by the dozens that I have dealt with I generally find them to be unreliable, money hungry, unethical and unpleasant to deal with, and that's only of the small percentage that actually return phone messages. When relocating to Ohio I was fortunate enough to come across a realtor who is the antithesis of all that, Kathy Holmes. Thanks to her, I bought for a good price in a seller's market. When it came time to move out of Ohio it was a no-brainer to call Kathy. She amazed me yet again buy selling my house for a good price in a buyer's market. She is so genuinely friendly and she must do a lot of yoga the way she was always bending over backwards for me. The only complaints I can imagine are that she can't be my agent again unless I move back to Ohio and that she sets a standard too high for other realtors to come close.

Wow, I honestly normally can't stand working with real estate agents. Probably the most overrated profession there is in my book :) , but Kathy is definitely the exception to this rule. Great service and she really knows what she is doing for sure. What a great experience.
