Kathy Klier was raised in Oak Harbor and has lived in Mill Creek for the past 30 years, so she offers her clients detailed knowledge of the great King, Snohomish & Island counties. Before working in real estate, she spent 40 years in banking, investments, and commercial finance. Her favorite aspect of working in finance was providing expertise in residential & commercial lending, as well as advising her clients to help create and implement highly personalized financial strategies to maximize their return on investments. Becoming a real estate broker was a natural next step in expanding her passion for real estate and to continue to help her clients make their dream home a reality. She is grateful for the long relationships she has built and the opportunity to work with truly exceptional buyers and sellers. She brings discipline and passion to the real estate business just as she did in finance. Her clients recognize and appreciate this level of expertise, as they know she will successfully and confidently navigate them through the complex process of procuring or selling real estate. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband traveling, camping, gardening, and golfing. They also love watching Seattle football and baseball. Watching their grandsons succeed in sports and education is so rewarding, just as it was raising their three sons.
