We are very grateful for Kathy. She worked very hard to find us our perfect home within our budget range! Kathy was the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. She is passionate about what she does, honest and extremely knowledgeable of the industry. She’s worked in the business for many years and has lived here her whole life raised all of her kids here locally so she knows the schools and right locations for your price and your specific needs. She is detail oriented and very responsive. She has her clients best interest at heart and she always puts that first. I highly recommend her to anyone new to the area or not.

We reached out to Kathy last November, when we had just started our search for a new house, and had closed within a month! A phenomenal accomplishment during a pandemic, and in the midst of a seller's market!

Kathy was such a good listener, and recognized exactly what we were looking for in a new home, from the location, commute to work, and structure and aesthetic of the house. We knew that Kathy was an expert in her field - she only showed us homes that she knew matched what we were looking for, we never felt like our time was being wasted. We never felt that she was more interested in making a sale, but rather that she was genuinely interested in helping us find our dream home.

She had provided an informational packet, that included a list of referrals, which made the process of getting the house inspected, to the day of final closing, a swift and successful process. Buying a new house is an extremely stressful process, and we could not have done all of this with such ease if it hadn't been for Kathy's expertise and professionalism.

6 months after closing, we are still feeling incredibly lucky, and so very happy, to have worked with the right agent, and to now be living in our dream home. As such, we write this review with highest praise and recommendation! Thanks so much, Kathy!

When I started looking for homes I just signed up to Zillow and Kathy M. Was assigned to be my realtor. I was so green in the process and she was extremely patient with me. Kathy walked me through the process every step of the way respected my request and boundaries and she explained every little detail when I had questions or didnt have questions. I appreciate that, she understood that this was a big purchase for me and I had to be completely comfortable in the process.  I am glad Kathy was assigned to be my realtor, she is very seasoned at her job and I found her to be very knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely work with her again and refer her to my friends and family.

Kathy was with us 100% from start to finish when recently bought our first house and sold our condo. She kept in constant contact and calmed us down when we had a million questions.
