Kathy was simply amazing!!
We have 2 boys(6months and 3 years old)and both work full time.And with our hectic schedule , she was always able to accommodate us and be flexile with all our requests!! She showed us house on weekend, weekdays ,early mornings and was so patient with our 3years old running around everywhere(I MEAN EVERY WHERE)and even carried him and showed him around the house and he loved it!!She scheduled the houses in oder the minimized our driving around in all the direction.we couldn’t do this without Kathy! And we absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell or buy a house!Thank you Kathy for making our house hunting experience nice and painless!!

Kathy is the best - she takes time to understand what you're looking for and helps you find it. Super patient and does not make you feel any pressure at all. Very honest in her opinions and assessments. Also willing to go the extra mile for you - she showed up to our sale appraisal despite difficult circumstances and has been a huge help in communications with a troublesome title company on our purchase. We had Kathy help with both buy and sell and we're very happy we did.

Kathy did a great job selling my house. Her years of experience in the local market help us with the price. She met the contractors that I had lined up to do work at the house. She was my eyes on the projects that needed to get done before we could sell. That was a great help since I were living out of town.

Kathy was fantastic to work with in the sale of my condo. She spent the time with me to provide me with the information about competitive sales in the area and what the value of my unit was compared to what was sold in the past year. She staged my unit after I moved out, and provided excellent follow up for me even after I was no longer in the area due to a relocation. Kathy took excellent care of me and I would work with her anytime again in the future.
