Kathy is extremely knowledgeable about the Libertyville and surrounding north suburban areas, is a local resident and keeps up with key trends and market facts. Kathy is hands-down the best realtor we have worked with! When she says she’s going to do something, she does it. I’m an organized person and had to-do lists of what to do and when to do it, and Kathy was right on-time asking if we had remembered to do it before I could let her know it was done. Impressive! She was very familiar with the area and the relocation process, and helped us get an issue resolved with the relocation company by using her contacts. She was the buying agent for us this time, and we will for sure use her to sell our house when the time comes.

Partnering with Kathy on the sale of our home in Gurnee, IL was a wonderful experience. Kathy takes a true "partnership" approach listening to our needs and being forthcoming in setting realistic expectations. We were in a tough market and a slow-moving neighborhood so Kathy pulled out all the stops to drive traffic to our home going above and beyond what we expected.

Kathy's knowledge, partnership, creativity, and commitment to our home led to a sale that crushed the average for our neighborhood. Time was important to us as we had already committed to a new home elsewhere. Thankfully, we were able to sell our home and get to our new home so we could start looking forward again.
