Kathy Runyan

Kathy Runyan is a mother of three, an avid equestrian and loves to cook. After obtaining a degree in business from the University of Wyoming, she and her husband, Cody, migrated further west to Alta, Wyoming to raise their children and world champion Missouri Fox Trotters. An area resident since 1991, Kathy started her career in real estate in 1992 and became an award winning broker for Coldwell Banker for her sales performance (top 5% in the nation). In 2000, Kathy opened Alta Realty. Qualities appreciated by her customers are her patience, straight-forwardness, and honesty. With her years of experience, Kathy has an in-depth knowledge of the very broad range of real estate that Teton County, Idaho and Wyoming have to offer. She is a skilled and respected negotiator and can be an excellent partner for you as a listing, selling or buyer's broker.
