Kathy Smith

Born and raised in Michigan, Kathy Smith attended MSU and Hillsdale College where she was a member of The Chi Omega sorority. She moved to Tallahassee in 1982 after beginning her real estate career in Clearwater, Fl. She developed the Golden Eagle Golf Club and was the original broker for Golden Eagle Properties. She was also involved in the development and sales for Vieux Carre, The Ravines, Summerbrooke and The Hermitage developments. With over 30 years experience she knows the Tallahassee market and specializes in all residential sales.
