About Kathy

As a lifelong resident and sixth-generation member of the Southwest Missouri community, I have deep roots in the area and a strong appreciation for its history, people, and unique character. For more than 15 years, I worked alongside my husband in the excavation industry, and together we have built and renovated several homes while operating a working farm and raising our family.

These experiences have given me extensive knowledge of local properties, land, construction, and the communities that make Southwest Missouri such a special place to call home. Before obtaining my real estate license in 2016, I gained valuable industry experience working as an office manager, marketing specialist, listing coordinator, and closing coordinator in a busy real estate office. Additionaly I worked as a leasing agent for a large apartment complex. This hands-on training provided daily exposure to every aspect of the real estate process and helped build the expertise I bring to my clients today.
