Kathy Sutherland

Thank you for taking the time to read a bit about Kathy! She is licensed in both NH and MA and is a consistent top producer working with both sellers and buyers! She grew up in Stoneham, MA and moved to NH in 1993. As a single mom, she raised her two daughters in Hudson, NH where they lived for 23 years before moving to Londonderry, NH in 2016 and then Candia in 2022. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, camping, going for a motorcycle ride, or playing with the dogs.

Kathy received a BS in Marketing from Bentley College and then began working in the corporate world, but her passion was always Real Estate. She became a licensed Realtor in 1996 and earned her Real Estate Broker’s license shortly thereafter. She is licensed to practice Real Estate in both NH and MA and is passionate about what she does! She believes if you do what you love, you will never work another day in your life! She has been fortunate to learn from, and work alongside, some of the most knowledgeable people in Real Estate. She remains focused on providing the highest level of service to her clients! Having served buyers and sellers since 1996, most of her business comes from repeat clients or clients who have referred their family and friends to her because they know she will take great care of them. She is often told that people sense they can trust her. That, as well as referrals, are the best compliments she can receive! It is always a privilege to serve these clients who have placed their trust in her. She has remained friends with many of these clients long after we have left the closing table.
