I cannot say enough good things about Kathy. She is extremely friendly and listens carefully to all of your "must haves." She doesn't try to push you into buying something just because a place meets some of your requirements. She is very low key and never pressures you. She wanted us to continue to look for our "perfect" place, rather than just settle for something as soon as possible. Throughout the entire search, she never asked us if she could list our old house. Our situation isn't typical, as we could afford to buy our new place first without selling our old place. Once we did find our "perfect" new home, then we asked Kathy to list our place. Our old place sold in one day, and the offer was $500 more than we were asking. We are extremely happy with Kathy and Exit Realty Redefined!!!

Hands Down Kathy Szram , should be and will be your only real estate agent. Anything to do with buying or selling anyone should ask Kathy first! My experience this past month has been nothing short of amazing. She texts, emails and calls most importantly she worked around my hectic schedule. Agents like her are very hard to come by, especially now with what we are all facing. She is available anytime and will respond back to you almost immediately. Honestly they should've made superwomen about her. I am blessed and very lucky to have stumbled on to her. I do not regret one thing. She made the whole process seamless and never pushed. Made sure i was comfortable with what i was buying and saw they potential future of every listing we visited. I can't say enough good things about Kathy. If you were like me and are looking for a home, I wouldn't hesitate to contact her right now. I will for sure refer her to everyone that I know. Last but not least, the whole outcome of this was to buy a house and rest, but Kathy will forever be good friend of our family for years to come, that's how much I trust her.

We have had an amazing experience with Kathy for both selling and buying our homes. At a time when there was a lot of uncertainty in the world due to COVID19, Kathy made us feel calm and confident with buying and selling our home. She is readily available by phone at all times and is personable with her interactions. She communicates with us well with all aspects of the sale. What a fantastic experience! I am so fortunate that I came across Kathy’s name while browsing Zillow. I could tell from the first call that Kathy was very knowledgeable about the area and the current market. Throughout the entire process, Kathy always made me feel like I was her only client, even though I know she had multiple showings most days and many other clients. This will be my 4th real estate transaction and my 4th different real estate agent, and I can say without a doubt that I will not be needing to look for another real estate agent. Kathy is not only fantastic at her job, I can tell she really cares and was just as excited for me as I was to finally close. I will absolutely be referring her to anyone I know that is buying/selling.

We met Kathy thru Zillow. Kathy made such a pleasant and awesome impression on us the day we first met that before we left we asked if she would work with us after that on finding a house we could make our home.
My husband and I, we were first time buyers and we were not at all familiar with any of the processes and maybe scared at times. We naturally had a million of questions and Kathy not only took time to answer all of them but she did it all in a very pleasant and kind manner. She always made sure we were comfortable with our decisions & understood the paperwork involved. We never felt rushed thru any of it.
She is very knowledgeable in her field and shared that knowledge with us. She made sure we not only buy a house but buy one that is a right fit for us and will be our home.
She was very responsive in returning my calls and messages. She worked hard and many times worked long hours and weekends to accommodate our schedules. She even reached out to us checking on things when she did not hear from us. She treated us and made us feel more like friends, and not just clients. Further more she made sure we know all we need to know and resolved any issues she could on her own, if she felt they might be unnecessarily stressful for us.
Kathy was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating, diligent, honest and most importantly very very pleasant the whole time.
That same warm, friendly smile that greeted us in Burr Ridge, the first time we met, greeted us at every appointment we had with Kathy there after. Meeting her that day was a blessing. Kathy worked as my realtor and helped me buy my first single family home, as well as sell my condominium. From the start, Kathy felt like a close friend. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and was always available by phone or in person. Her passion for what she does showed in all aspects of the buying and selling process.
