Kathy, or ‘kt’ as many people call her. She has represented home buyers and sellers since 2007 with her sales ranging from $3,000 to $1.2 million. She served as Broker Director on the Thurston County MLSA (Multiple Listing Service Association) Board in 2018, President Elect in 2019 and President in 2020. As a Thurston County resident for more than fifty years, she is well connected in the community. Kathy is an active member of the Olympia Kiwanis, DAR, Tumwater High School Socials, and volunteer at many other events. Her side-by-side approach to buying/selling will help you through the process of staging, packing, moving - all the way to closing. She is loyal, patient, and respects the importance of client confidentiality whether it be finances, home, or family issues. Prior to her real estate career, Kathy worked as a Medical Lab Technologist for twenty-three years and an event planner for five years. Currently, she is the founder/advisor for the Olympia High School Bearzaar and co-advisor for the OHS formal dances. Kathy and her husband, Ken, have been happily married since 1979 and we have two sons, a daughter-in-law and three wonderful granddaughters. In her spare time, you can find her with her family, going for walks or working in her yard.
