About Kathy

Kathy is a graduate of St. Mary’s College in Moraga and has 25 years professional sales and marketing experience in corporate settings. She began her sales career in high-tech, selling systems and professional services for Fortune 500 companies such as United Airlines and Cendant Corporation. In 2005 Kathy started her real estate business focused on servicing the Northgate Community exclusively.

Kathy believes her Northgate neighbors should expect the best from a real estate professional who is called upon to help with the sale of their home. For the last 15 years she has made it her professional mission to help Northgate families with their real estate needs by delivering more value and the best customer service to her clients.

Kathy and her husband have lived in Walnut Creek and the East Bay for over 20 years and can’t imagine living any place else! The climate, the scenery, the people, the lifestyle are best in class. Kathy’s two children were educated in Northgate area schools (Walnut Acres, Foothill & Northgate HS). She believes our schools are foundational to the quality of the Northgate community and thus donates to local schools with each Northgate home sold.
