Kathy kept our anxiety level to a minimum during the sale of our house. Great communication before, during and even after the sale. She put our house on the market on a Wednesday and presented us with 4 offers on Sunday. She genuinely cares about her clients and we appreciate all she has done for us.

We completed a short sale using Kathy's services that was a very long and trying ordeal, because of the laws and prescribed requirements of this process. Through it all, Kathy stuck with us and guided us to a successful conclusion.
In addition, we bought a property using Kathy's services. It is a beautiful home in a wonderful development that we dearly love. We would not have found it on our own. So again, she was a wonderful asset to the process.
While we appreciate her professionalism, we also appreciate the fact that she is really fun to work with!

Recently we had Kathy White-Thorn of RE/MAX sell our rental property. She had represented us in the sale of our primary home just two years earlier. That sale went extremely smoothly especially since we had relocated to Florida and could not attend the closing. But we always felt "in the loop" because of her attention to detail and communication with us. We should also mention that she obtained a final price that was almost $20K over the appraisal.

Our rental property went even more smoothly. Since we didn't want to travel, Kathy handled everything electronically. We had two offers on the house before even calling Kathy. After telling her of the offers, she responded, "I'm sure we can do better than that." And better she did. Without even putting the house on the market, she obtained an offer that was $35K over our best bid. She also handled the many details of selling a rental house that still had occupants. And she worked with the executor of the property in making the transition easier.

As a seller, her responsive attitude to where we were in the process was very comforting. She tied up all the loose ends and kept us informed of each degree of progress in the sale. Kathy loves her profession. She really works her listings. She stays in touch and keeps everyone informed . She works! She communicates! And she gives her all. I would choose her again and again. She sold land for me that everyone thought was useless. Sold the first lot within one week. All the lots were sold in no time. Great , great, great. Can’t say enough about how hard she works.
