About Kati Ann

Kati Ann is originally from Tennessee but planted roots in Georgia after graduating and receiving her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Marketing from Georgia Southern University. After graduating and moving to Savannah, she quickly fell in love with the city, its history, homes, and southern culture, and knew she would end up in residential real estate.

Kati Ann brings a unique perspective to the real estate business through her background not only as an entrepreneur but also working in both Savannah and Atlanta as a Top recruiter for a Fortune 500 company, and in Sales. Kati Ann entered the real estate industry distinguishing herself quickly in her first year as both a Top Producer and earning President’s Circle as a multi-million-dollar agent. Her passion is people, and with that, she strives to provide a service that is above and beyond client’s expectations from the initial meeting to negotiating on their behalf.
