04/20/2017 - user7163057 Bought a Single Family home in 2017 for approximately $175K in Taylors, SC. Katie has helped me with the purchase of of my first home. The entire process went incredibly smooth and we got the first house we were interested in under contract with the first offer. When it came time for an upgrade, Katie was our first call. Again the first house we decided we wanted we were able to get under contract with the first offer. Katie knows her stuff. She keeps up with the market and has what it takes to get deals done. She also has a great team of people she works it from inspectors to mortgage brokers. I would recommend her to anyone of my friends and will continue to seek out her help any time I am buying or selling.

Local knowledge: Process expertise: Responsiveness: Negotiation skills: I cannot say enough good things about Katie. She was professional, easy to get hold of, a joy to work with and a tireless worker. The house was literally listed on the same day as the first time she came to visit. We knocked out the pictures and BOOM that house was on the market. And sure enough, the very first couple to visit the house made an offer well over the asking price which I happily accepted. I needed to get the house sold quickly and she MORE than delivered. Seriously, she's an outstanding agent and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

02/24/2016 - zuser20140330054715168 Bought a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $125K in Greenville, SC. First time home buyer here! We stumbled upon Katie through Zillow. We were only looking around and she happened to be the only one (of about 7) that replied to me. Not only did she reply, she was prompt with her replies. Pros of working with Katie: Prompt Very knowledgeable Very informative throughout buying process Not the least bit pushy Very easy to relate to. It's nice to feel like you have a connection with who is representing you and not to feel they are above you. Cons of working with Katie: Her job will eventually be done and you will no longer be chatting throughout the day. I didn't just find a realtor. Honestly feel like I made a friend through this process. Will recommend her to everyone!

For several months we looked at many houses and met several realtors that were all really good at what they do but immediately we knew that Katie was different. Not only was she very personable and authentic, she was there for us every second and through everything. Purchasing a home can be intimating with all the laws and legal jargon but Katie educated us through the entire process and if needed someone to perform a service she always had very reputable people on speed dial that would help. She responded quickly as though we were the only clients she had even though we know she had more but she is like that with everyone. Katie was not only our realtor but throughout she process she became like family because she really cared for ours and made sure we were taken care of. This was a great experience all because Katie took the time to care and guide us through what is normally a difficult process.
