A real estate veteran with over a decade of experience, Katie Chu brings a wealth of knowledge to every transaction. Katie is an accomplished real estate agent in Texas and California and a Principal of Katie Chu Group.

After graduating with a B.A. in Theatre from the University of Southern California in 2010, Katie moved back to her hometown of Dallas, Texas. Having started her career at a commercial real estate firm, she would eventually become promoted as a Vice President within a tenant advisory services division. After realizing her adeptness working hands-on with clients, she transitioned into residential real estate. She now provides both residential and commercial real estate advisory services with her team at Compass. A multi-million dollar producer year after year, Katie was voted D Best Real Estate Agent and Top Producer by D Magazine in 2021.

As a leader, she emphasizes the importance of working with a common goal––serving clientele first and foremost. She takes pride in their shared approach, giving equal attention to every deal, no matter the size. With expertise in strategic planning, market research, and financial analysis, Katie provides an invaluable service to her clientele.

Katie currently lives in Devonshire joined by the newest member of her family, an English Cream Golden Retriever, Samson. An active participant of the Dallas community, she is a singer-songwriter and fan of the arts. Katie is constantly exploring Dallas’ incredible culture and she enjoys sharing the experience with clients, friends and family.
