As a second-generation Real Estate Agent, Katie grew up in this business and attended Ursuline Academy Having received her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Ohio State University, she pursued a successful career in pharmaceuticals at Glaxo Smith Kline and Schering Plough-Key. Katie Coughlin is no stranger to the world of relocation, whether it is moving to your dream house or downsizing to the city. Katie has moved with her family throughout the country from: Connecticut to Ohio, Los Angeles to Chicago, Dallas/Ft. Worth and back to Ohio.

Katie also has professional experience in Advertising, Home Staging, Renovation, and Interior Design/Renovation. Katie's eye for style and design aesthetic allows her to help her clients see past the surface of the house, and to envision how the home can work for them. Katie currently resides in Columbia-Tusculum and is an avid Buckeye fan. She has three children: a Miami University graduate, an Ohio State graduate with a Masters degree from Xavier, and a student at DePauw University. Katie is a graduate of Ursuline Academy in Cincinnati and The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance. Katie enjoys staying active, and plays tennis, runs, and practices yoga.
She is involved with her community through several organizations, including Bethany House and Coldwell Banker Foundation.
