Katie Fear and her team does it all. We have used them for our real estate needs three times now, to sale and purchase a family home and most recently to sale an estate home. This was due to an unexpected tragedy in our family and we knew Katie was the right person to take on this property.
Once again she did not disappoint. Katie showed the utmost professionalism, respect, and sensitivity to us while getting the job done. This home wasn't an easy task either, we had lots of curve balls thrown at us and she knocked everyone of them out of the park. Katie provided great referrals for getting jobs done in the home to get it in great condition. She went above and beyond, even setting up some of the appointments for us. Katie also has amazing staging skills, it took the property to the next level for the market.
If we had questions or concerns Katie would answer them in a timely manner. She has amazing integrity, work ethics, and truly cares for her clients. We will continue to use Katie Fear for all of our future real estate needs and we will forever have gratitude for how she treated us during this difficult time.

Katie offered the right guidance to sell my house quickly in a neighborhood of large homes that sit on the market for months. She was aggressive yet calm and had the experience to get me the right price from the right buyers. I had nearly sold to Zillow Offers before signing with Katie. My house sold in 30 days and I just signed my closing documents. I will be making over $70k more with Katie than if I had made the mistake of selling to Zillow Offers.
