Katie Hansen-McCullough

A Carlsbad native, Katie grew up in the family business of new home construction and saw firsthand what owning a home can mean to someone. After attending Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, she came home and decided to join the family industry to help individuals and families realize their dream of home ownership.

First working in escrow, Katie gained a tremendous understanding of all that went into a single transaction. From there, she went on to sell new homes for builders and spent most of her time in 4S Ranch, Del Sur, and the surrounding areas. During her 16 years in selling new homes, Katie garnered many awards, including the Building Industry Association's Salesperson of the Year on two occasions.

Deciding it was time for a change, she now joins her sister, Gina Riddle, as they combine their vast knowledge of the area and the industry, to provide best-in-class service to their clients.

Outside of real estate, Katie enjoys staying active in sunny Southern California. From the beaches to off-roading in the desert, to waterskiing on the Colorado River, she can be found spending time with family. She can also be found walking the neighborhoods of Poway where she lives with her husband Patrick, and their two dogs, Gracie and Seamus.
