I was paired with Katie through an automated service with Quicken Loans. She was the perfect representative to be paired with a first time home buyer. Not only did she show me homes in a timely manner, she also had great input of things to look for and things to consider. When my loan company was giving my problems, she suggested another company which ended up being a better choice. Katie exceed my expectations and made home buying a smooth process. I honestly can not express how helpful Katie was. She made the entire process of buying a home easy. She was very quick to respond to any question I had and she was always on top of things!! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home! She was very honest with the entire process. She was also very knowledgeable and had a great rapport with the builder and their agent. To sum it up, Katie is the best agent I have ever worked with!

Katie Jones was a pleasure to work with. Katie helped and guided us through the entire process with the utmost professionalism and personal courtesy. Katie offered to show us more houses in other neighborhoods and talked to us to learn our style, not just check boxes like they do on House Hunters. My wife had not yet completed the move to NC when the house that we wanted to buy went on the market. Katie was swift and precise when dealing with the seller. She worked with my wife not being located in the area and made sure all the paperwork was in order for our closing. When ever I had questions, Katie was willing to get an answer ASAP, weather by text, email, or phone, night or day. When we were working out our offer, she stayed on the phone with my wife and I until 11pm in order to get our desires on paper. She personally worked on my behalf to check the seller when things didn't turn out in time for closing, and made sure that everything was ready once the actual closing came around. Katie attended the closing with the lawyer and backed me up whenever questions came up. She was an absolute professional. I will suggest her to my friends and will use her again if I need to sell or buy in this area again!

I've been interested in buying a home for quite sometime now. Being that it's a significant commitment, I wanted to make sure I had someone who could accommodate my work hours and would answer all my questions. I went to 3 other realtors and none had the patience or expertise that Katie had. Katie has made my first home buying experience very easy and was always willing to answer my questions and give professional and personal guidance which allowed me to entrust her with this commitment. I recommend Katie to anyone who is intrersted in buying a home. There is no better realtor around the Camp Lejeune area.

Katie was on time getting information to me as quick as she received it. If i choose to purchase another property Katie will be my realtor. Katie kept me up to date as to when inspections were being done, and even went as far as to set up inspections for me. Which caused me less headaches.
