Katie Ohrt

Meet Katie Ohrt! She is a proud Quad City native with deep roots in the Quad City Area. Growing up in the charming small town of Hampton, Katie developed a strong sense of community and a love for the unique culture of the Quad Cities. Now residing on the Iowa side of the Quad Cities, Katie continues to embrace everything the Quad Cities has to offer.

Professionally, Katie has built a successful career in commercial account management and excels in her marketing strategy and design skills. She greatly values her relationships with those around her and understands the importance of connection and communication with the community around her.

In 2017, Katie graduated from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business with a B.B.A. in Business Management and Organizations. This foundation has equipped her with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in previous roles and now in launching her career in Real Estate.

Beyond professional achievements, Katie enjoys raising her family and spending as much time outside as possible. Alongside a supportive husband, two wonderful little ones, and two labs, Katie finds joy in the simple pleasures of small-town life. Balancing her career and family is a strength of Katie's due to her core values of dedication, hard work, and compassion for those around her.
