I honestly couldn't picture ourselves working with anyone else. Katie was responsive, transparent, supportive, and so kind! She made herself available to look at every house we had interest in. Her sense of humor and positive attitude made the harder days of house hunting more bearable. The process of writing an offer with her was smooth and her exceptional communication skills really made it so easy to understand the process as first time buyers. Katie is easy to trust and truly had our best interests in mind. My only complaint is that we won't be seeing her on a regular basis anymore. I could not recommend Katie enough. Thanks Katie!

Katie was phenomenal throughout the whole process. This was our first time buying a home. We were blown away with her concern for our wants and needs in finding the perfect place. She guided us through the whole process, making sure all our questions were answered. Great communication and took all of our concerns seriously. 5 stars does not do Katie justice. The homebuying process is stressful in and of itself, but Katie made everything SO much easier! She gave a complete walkthrough of what the entire process will look like, then kept us up to date for what should/need to do or be working on as we went so that when time came to place an offer, we were ready to go almost then and there! A VERY big plus for us when using Katie as our realtor was she was very up front that she is not there to sell a house - she is there to help you find a home you want, will be happy living in, and will not break your bank to enjoy it. Overall, we had a very great experience!

In our dealings with an extremely difficult seller, she helped us through negotiations, always looking out for our best interest. And, when we finally found a home, she went above and beyond in fixing an issue that was only revealed at the final walk through. We would happily enlist her help again if we had to and highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

We got to know Katie through our Church and she represented us as the first-time home buyer's agent. The way Katie helped us finding what we needed was extraordinary. Katie was very patient with us when we looked for houses in different neighborhoods for a period of 6 months, always willing to make herself available to do multiple showings in a day if needed, rain or shine! She would share her experiences during the buying process that helped my wife and I make the right decision. But the most important skill that we came to experience was Katie's' ability to work with the seller's agents. She was able to put forward our position/constraints in a positive way to get the house for us that represented our interests. For us, Katie EXCEEDED the standard! And her personality really should set the standard in the area, but she goes above and beyond anyway. We would recommend her to anyone!
