Waterfront out here is its own animal. Water levels, LCRA rules, docks and retaining walls, septic and OSSF permitting, well water, and county road access all affect value, and all of it is worth understanding before you sign. I installed septic systems before I sold real estate, so I read those inspection reports differently than most agents do.
