About Katie

I help older adults and their families downsize, sell, and find the right home for their next chapter in Harford County and surrounding areas.

I’ve spent more than 10 years helping families navigate changes in their homes- first as an occupational therapist and now as a Realtor. Over that time, I’ve worked with hundreds of families as an OT and continued that work through real estate, helping people make some of the biggest housing decisions of their lives.

I specialize in downsizing, aging in place, and helping families find homes that truly fit the way they want and need to live. I found this niche naturally. As an OT, I spent years walking into people’s homes and seeing firsthand how much the right- or wrong- home can impact independence, safety, and quality of life. Real estate gave me a way to bring that experience into an entirely different part of the journey.

I live in Bel Air with my husband, Kris, and our two boys. Before becoming a full-time Realtor, I spent a decade in occupational therapy, including years working in home health. Harford County is where we’re raising our family, and I genuinely care about helping the people who live here make thoughtful decisions about where and how they want to live in their next chapter.
