A trusted advisor with deep local roots, Katlin Lee was born and raised in the Seattle area. As the daughter of one of the area’s most beloved and respected agents, she grew up with a front-row seat to the industry.
After earning her degree in Journalism from the University of Colorado, Katlin returned to the Seattle area and began her career on the title and escrow side of the business. Those early years gave her a unique understanding of every step in the buying and selling process. Today with more than 13 years of experience as a real estate broker, Katlin is known for her clear communication, strategic thinking and ability to confidently and calmly guide clients through complex decisions.
Katlin takes a relationship-first approach to real estate, serving as both a trusted advisor, educator and friend. She believes every situation calls for a thoughtful, custom approach and views every listing with fresh eyes, combining thoughtful pricing, tailored marketing, and compelling storytelling to help each home shine.
While Katlin lives in the Snoqualmie area, her market expertise spans Seattle and the Eastside, and even over the mountains in the Cle Elum/Roslyn/Ronald areas with an emphasis on new development in Suncadia Resort. Katlin is comfortable advising clients across a range of neighborhoods and lifestyles.
Beyond real estate, Katlin is deeply committed to her community. She currently serves as a member of the Clare Beckett Guild, dedicated to fundraising for Seattle Children's Hospital. From galas to garage sales to wine and shopping events, Katlin has dedicated many hours of her time over the last decade to local children and has helped raise nearly $1.7 million for Seattle Children’s.
Katlin lives in Snoqualmie with her husband, Sean and their daughter, Stella. She’s a voracious reader, avid skier and hiker, passionate traveler and a PADI Divemaster, always seeking out her next scuba adventure.
