Katlyn Property Management was very kind, professional, and honest during our tenancy! Their policies were well written, thorough and lenient in some aspects, which was very appreciated! We rented for over a year and it was a great term! As long as you read and follow the lease, and are kind/respectful of the property/landlords, then there are no issues! - 5 Stars, would rent from again!

Absolutely love our managers always kind and professional they work hard to try and resolve any issues quickly and respectfully and they go above and beyond. Brian took the time at almost 1am to not only plow our drive and snowblow the sidewalk but also went in between and behind each vehicle in the lot to make sure each tenant had a clear path to enter their vehicles, Been living in our apartment for over 8 years and don't plan on moving thank you everyone at Katlyn property for all you do💗

Everyone is always so nice and respectful. Any issue we ever had, they were there to fix it right away! Professional. Courteous. Kind. Helpful. We are EXTREMELY Happy with Katelyn Property Management and I constantly recommend them to anyone looking for a great set of landlords!!
