Katrina Klug-Monks

Katie is a partner in both Spinnaker Management and Spinnaker Realty Sales. She started Spinnaker Management in 1994 to provide property management services to Condominium Associations, Homeowners’ Associations, and commercial properties. Katie and her partners started Spinnaker Realty Sales in 2002 when the clients of Spinnaker Management where looking for a real estate company who was knowledgeable with Associations.


Katie is a lifelong resident of Broadalbin and currently lives on the Great Sacandaga Lake with her four teenage boys. She graduated from Broadalbin-Perth High School and received a BS in Accounting from Ithaca College.


Katie is highly involved with the Broadalbin-Perth Boys Soccer Program, the Fulton United Travel Soccer Club, and FIT (Females in Training), an organization that raises money for local families in need. She has a passion for the lake and loves being a part of this community.
