I am not the easiest person to work with, because is have lot of questions and am very opinionated. Katrina was able to answer all of my questions and was very professional throughout this process. She took the time to explain the at time very complicated process of selling my home. She was also able to give helpful hints in adding value to my home. Having the right realtor does make the difference and Katrina is most definitely the right one! We had listed out rental property for sale several times in the past without much luck.
