Her professional career began as a real estate agent in Houston, Texas where she worked with an array of residential properties. She consistently oversaw the entire sales process from the initial contract negotiation to closing. Leveraging this experience and her economics degree, Katy transitioned into the realm of real estate investing and consulting. Having previously held a role specializing in rejuvenating distressed and foreclosed properties, Katy truly understands how to maximize the return on any investment. With this knowledge, she has successfully owned and assisted clients with multiple short-term rental properties driving growth with targeted market research and detail-focused strategy.

Beyond market strategy and real estate sales, Katy's greatest skill lies in communication and relationship building. She has maintained strong business relationships with clients from Texas, even after relocating to Colorado. As a proud part of the Crested Butte community for over half a decade, she loves to share the unique charm of the area with clients looking for either a second home or to develop their next life chapter in a one-of-a-kind town.

When she is not hard at work helping real estate dreams come true, Katy can be found skiing, horseback riding, fly fishing, volunteering with animal rescue programs, reading, or spending time with her husband Tyler.
