Katy Kassam has an amazing personality. She is knowledgeable in real estate and shares a genuine concern for client's time frame. She carefully listens to her clients and is proactive in all types of searches. Katy had already an idea of the type of property I would most likely her most likely opt for and she had prepared detailed searches on our visits. She also accommodated my searches and made sure we viewed as many properties without rushing me. While doing so, Katy communicated well with me on regular basis. At the time of decision making, Katy stood by me all the way including with the negotiating process and getting various tests conducted for the home to be ready to move in. Katy understood my needs and provided knowledgeable opinion when I asked her of some of the aspects of the property. This really helped me make my decision as I was new to the Atlanta area.

I was and still am very happy with Katy's service and still call her a friend.
