Mark and I were so fortunate in choosing Katy Milonovich of the Ingland Real Estate Team when listing our home in West Springfield. We raised our five boys in our townhome and, after 15 years and with the youngest graduating from high school, we decided it was time to relocate to Richmond, VA. It was a bit hectic and perhaps even traumatic to leave such a beautiful home and neighborhood. Leaning on Katy during this transition sure made it a lot less stressful! Katy was always calm, listening to our every request for information. She was immediately responsive to our questions to help us in making decisions about what improvements to make and how to stage our home. Katy was there for US all the way through! Katy's team was also top notch in relaying information along the way. We were especially impressed with Katy’s professionalism and her genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision on accepting a contract on our home. We would, and will, recommend Katy to anyone in the market to either sell or purchase a home in Northern Virginia.

Using Katy Milonovich as an agent is one of the best decisions we ever made. She is highly effective and low pressure. Katy works hard for you and gets results. Importantly, she is is truly motivated by the desire to see you in a home that you're happy with. She has a superb team of supporting professionals that she works with including a great financing professional, and a team that does home repairs and modifications. Katy is pleasant, but under her wonderful low pressure demeanor lies a hard working and high energy work ethic that casts a wide net of possible homes for you. Katy was wonderful to work with through the whole process of both buying and selling our houses. Relaxed but proactive. We wanted to move to a new house in the same area, but we were waiting for the right house. She was patient as we got a slow start looking, and then proactive when we identified the exact type house we wanted. Since none of that type was on the market, she sent out postcards and found someone who was ready to sell! She and Ellen at RE/MAX walked us through both the sale of our old house and the purchase of this new house. A great experience!

Katy was outstanding to work with and was there every step of the way through the process. She helped with both selling our current home and buying our new one. She worked with us to get our house ready to go on the market - making sure all work was were done on time and to her high standards. The house sold in the first weekend on the market.
She also was great at listening to us about what we wanted in our new house and kept us informed daily of new properties that met our criteria . She helped us find the perfect place, negotiated the price, and followed through on all work needed to close.
Outstanding attention to detail , excellent communication and an all round great person to work with .We can't recommend her highly enough

Hands down, Katy is an outstanding, hardworking realtor. We met Katy at an open house (which we did not buy) but when we went to another open house (with no realtor), I fell in love. We called her that afternoon and asked if she would go look at it so we could get more information about the house. Without hesitation, Katy said yes and within 24 hours she went to look at it and immediately provided feedback. We decided to buy that house and from that point on, she did everything she could to make sure we had a great experience.

We had a few challenges with the sellers along the way of trying to purchase our home and Katy just rolled with the punches; she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable with some of the changes and to make sure we were kept informed during a situation where the sellers were, basically, non-responsive. There was even one Sunday afternoon when the power was out for hours, Katy drove to our house, the sellers house, and back to our house to make sure the contract was signed quickly and correctly.

Katy is also very responsive. It didn’t matter what time we texted or called her, she responded immediately and thoroughly answered all of our questions and concerns. We highly recommend Katy as your next realtor.

Me and my fiancé met Katy during an open house in Alexandria and she was a lifesaver. She was very friendly, provided lots of information and was not pushy. We were new to the area and had no idea on the home buying process of even what specific area we wanted to buy in. I met Katy during an open house. I asked several questions about the house and wanted to hear her thoughts. She was very authentic, enthusiastic, and patient. I put my name and number on the open house visitor list that day, and I received a text that night from her. The rest was history. Katy has worked very hard not to find a house, but to find the right house for us. She was extremely responsive beyond my comprehension (text, e-mail, phone, etc.). She was able to answer all my questions and alleviate all my concerns. She is extremely familiar with the West Springfield area, she has great insights, she is honest, and she is also a problem solver. I also liked how hard she worked to find off market properties and got us to see them before they went on market. This is an advantage in a very competitive house market. She is very mindful of all the emotional and financial components that go into buying or selling a house, hence she has never made me feel rushed into buying anything. She told me that the right one will come up and it did. I am so glad I met her and worked with her. If I were to do it all over again, it would be with Katy again. I highly recommend her to all the home buyers or sellers. Thank you so much Katy.

Katy is wonderful. My wife and I showed up in Virginia looking for a place to rent near Herndon. Katy worked really hard to find us many options. After a week of looking, my wife and I decided to switch to purchasing a home. Katy immediately changed gears and really delivered finding places to see that met our needs. We found our new home and are now happily settling in. Throughout the process Katy remained very optimistic and upbeat and provided a great deal of insight and information. She helped us successfully navigate through what turned out to be a difficult negotiation with the seller.
