Katya has always built her life and career around connecting people and places. With a background in marketing and psychology, she grew up and began her professional journey in Russia before launching her own fashion brand and co-founding a travel company that organized international tours. Real estate became a natural next step — first in Bali, where she rented and managed a collection of luxury villas, and later on Martha’s Vineyard, where she has overseen high-end vacation rentals for several years.

A lifelong traveler, Katya has experienced many parts of the world, but the Vineyard holds a special place in her heart. She loves the Island for its natural beauty, welcoming community, and the incredible farm-to-table food that makes life here so unique. For her, Martha’s Vineyard is where sophistication meets simplicity — a place that inspires her every day and truly feels like home for her heart.
